About Hannah

Before beginning work at New Hope Vets, I was a primary school teacher. They say don’t work with children or animals -I have now done both! I was looking for a new career when I left teaching and New Hope Vets has been a great fit. I wanted to do something whereby I could help people; I love meeting new people and their pets! Front of house in any business is an important role and hopefully we make a good first impression on the desk. I am committed to providing a welcoming environment for all pets and their owners; whether it is a friendly face, a cup of tea or a hug that clients need. Providing excellent customer service is what I aim to do. I pride myself on my ability to create a warm and welcoming environment for clients and their pets, ensuring that their first point of contact with New Hope Vets is a positive one.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, going for walks along the prom and travelling to hotter climates than here, where I can lie by the pool with a good book and a cocktail……or two!

What Hannah did not say about herself…

Hannah is an incredibly kind-hearted individual that always advocates for clients. She always picks up the pieces and makes sure that every client and colleague is being looked after.

She always has a smile and a warm hug and is one of the most incredibly loyal individuals that we have come across. She has an easy nature that makes everyone feel welcome and at ease.

About Hayley

Not only new to Veterinary Client Care but also to the country, I have moved to the UK from Australia in search of a more rewarding career and lifestyle. I promised myself that I would pursue a job that I was passionate about once arriving, and I have always dreamed of being a part of this industry.

This is the first time in my life that I haven’t had my own furry family member, so getting to work with and love your pets as if they were my own gives me so much job satisfaction and joy. I love all animals, but German Shepherds have a special spot in my heart – bigger the dog the better in my eyes.

When I’m not at work I love to spend time with my Grandparents in Chester or to go travelling with my partner. My goal is to see as much of Europe in my free time as possible & at some point have breakfast, lunch and dinner all in different countries.

What Hayley did not say about herself…

Hayley is calm, cool and collected on Client Care, and isn’t phased by high pressure situations. Hayley works hard to make sure our clients are happy and have what they need.
