Any requests are subject to authorisation from a veterinary surgeon and subject to the patient having had a clinical examination within a reasonable timeframe according to his or her condition (The timeframe is at the discretion of the veterinary surgeon and the maximum period is six months). Please allow 48h for prescription requests to be processed.
